Instructions for use:
1. Make sure your skin is free from moisturizer, sunscreen or sweat, thoroughly clean your chest and exfoliate dead skin cells.
2. Remove the pad from bag, and peel off plastic cover, do not discard it because you will use this to store your pad later.
3. Hold the sticky side of pad to your chest, press firmly and evenly to get good adhesion.
4. In the morning, remove the chest pad slowly using an upwards motion.
5. Wash the pad with soap and water, avoid cleansers, moisturizing oil and emolients.
6. Leave the pad air-dried and keep adhesive side upward, do not use towel to wipe. After it naturally dries out, put it back to the plastic cover.
7. Store the pad back into the packing bag and away from dust.
8. Reusable up to 15 - 20 times. For better results, wear overnight, do not use on broken skin or skin which is not comfortable with silicone.

Warm notice:
It's suggested to wear the neck pad when you're relaxing or sleeping, but not working, since the air comes in may cause the pad fall off.
