No added paraben preservatives
Parabens have been used as a preservative in cosmetics for many years. Parabens are cheap and greatly extend product shelf life - this has made them a popular ingredient in most cosmetics. Our products are free of Parabens. We have used Benzyl alcohol, Dehydroacetic acid (DHA) and Potassium sorbate - all BioGro (New Zealands largest organic certifier) approved additions.
No Synthetic Colors
No synthetic colors are used, all our products retain their natural colors; the colors of organic plant oils.
No mineral oil
We do not use any mineral oils in our products. Mineral oil is a derivative by-product of the petroleum refining process, composed predominantly of alkane and paraffin that can clog pores and contribute to acne during long-term use..
